This comprehensive investigation examines the multifaceted role of GenAI tools in higher education, scrutinizing their capacity to amplify student engagement, deliver customized content, and enhance learning outcomes. Furthermore, the research delves into the critical ethical and pedagogical implications associated with the integration of these transformative technologies within the higher education ecosystem. This study adopts a multidimensional approach to analyze GenAI’s impact on personalized learning, offering insights for educational stakeholders to navigate challenges and harness its potential in higher education.
