This article explores the application of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) as a proactive tool for accident management, aiming to enhance safety and quality in construction projects. By integrating FMEA into safety management systems, construction firms can identify potential hazards, assess risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
