This study investigates the influence of additive white noise on a surface acoustic wave (SAW) delayed-feedback oscillator system. In the deterministic regime, the oscillator stabilizes at discrete frequencies centered around the intrinsic resonant frequency of the SAW delay line. Upon the introduction of additive white noise, however, the system exhibits noise-induced transitions among these coexisting multistable oscillatory states. We analyze the resulting spectral frequency distributions and characterize the scaling behavior of the average residence time as a function of key system parameters, including delay duration, SAW coupling strength, and orbit frequency. The empirical results reveal that oscillatory orbits closer to the central resonance frequency exhibit significantly longer residence times, demonstrating enhanced robustness against stochastic perturbations. These findings provide deeper insights into noise-mediated multistability in delayed-feedback systems and offer practical design principles for optimizing the phase stability of SAW-based oscillators under environmental noise.
